What is GlowwBox?
GlowwBox is a monthly beauty subscription service for women with darker skin tones. You'll receive a gorgeous box packed full of 6 beauty goodies suitable for women with darker skin tones, delivered direct to your door, every month. What’s even more exciting about GlowwBox is that the contents of the boxes are a surprise and the value of the products you receive will always be worth more than you have paid for. In addition, the products will be variety of sizes, including sample, trial and full sized so that you'll have enough to truly try before you buy.
How much is the GlowwBox subscription?
Our monthly subscription is only £15 per month (plus P&P;). You can cancel at anytime. You can also subscribe to our 6 month or Yearly Subscription plans.

Do I have to order GlowwBox every month?
The monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed each month around the 1st of the month or the date your first join us. If you've joined us after the first week of the month, your subscription will eventually be move to the beginning of the month to make sure you get your GlowwBox delivery sooner.
How can I give GlowwBox as a gift?
We plan to offer gift subscriptions in the near feature. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter and we’ll let you know as soon as they are available.
Can I choose my beauty goodies?
This is one of the most exciting parts of GlowwBox, we work hard to ensure the samples in your GlowwBox are suitable for your skin and hair to ensure you're truly surprised with something you'll love and that will work for you. That's why we offer you our satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not happy with the contents of your first box, just email us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll give you a full refund and pay for the postage (offers not included).
How do I log in to my GlowwBox account?
Just click on the ‘Sign In’ link on the top right of our website. You’ll then be asked to enter your username and password. If that doesn’t work, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the full name on your account and we’ll help you out.
How can I re-activate my GlowwBox subscription?
Just log in to your account and click 'reactivate' under your previously stopped subscription or feel free to upgrade to a 6 or 12 month plan.
How do I change my delivery/billing address?
Please log in to your account, and click 'edit' under your current delivery address and update.
Can I skip a month?
Yes you can, if you need to take a break for a month for whatever reason, just log in to your account and click 'Skip' to skip the next month's box and your subscription will automatically continue the following month.
How do I stop my GlowwBox deliveries?
We’re really sorry to hear that you want to stop your your GlowwBox deliveries. We’d love to see if we can do anything to help, if there is, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. To stop your GlowwBox deliveries please log in to your account by clicking 'Sign In' on the top right of our website and then click 'cancel subscription'. You will not receive any further deliveries, other than any previously renewed and due for dispatch. Please note we’re unable to stop subscriptions and offer refunds or accept returns on subscriptions already renewed or redeemed special offers.
Can I return my GlowwBox or eBoutique Item?
We're sure you'll love your GlowwBox. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your first GlowwBox delivery and you've not redeemed on offer, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your box for a full refund of the purchase price and we'll arrange the return. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your eBoutique item, just email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your eBoutique item for a full refund of the purchase price and we'll arrange the return (all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. If they are not, we unfortunately won't be able to accept your return).
Which Payment Types Do you Accept?
We currently accept payments from all major credit and debit cards.
When is my next payment and delivery due?
Payments are normally taken around the 1st of each month or on the date your first joined us and boxes are dispatched by the 15th of each month.
What happens if I don’t have enough money in my account when it’s charged?
We’ll attempt to renew you membership a few times within 10 days after your membership is due. If it’s unsuccessful then, regretfully you won’t receive your GlowwBox that month. If you think your membership has stopped please log in to your account to check if you're membership is 'Expired'. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my GlowwBox/eBoutique order be dispatched?
We will dispatch all boxes by the 15th of each month. When your box is dispatched, we will send you a dispatch email. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK and while delivery is usually within 7 working days in Europe and the rest of world in can sometimes take up to 20 days. Please check the stock availability of the product when placing your order. All orders are usually dispatched between 2-4 working days. Please remember to add postage time (2-3 days UK and 3-10 days EU) to reach an estimated time of arrival.
My GlowwBox/eBoutique order has not arrived?
If your GlowwBox has not arrived after 5 days UK or 20 days Europe from the 21st of the month, please contact us at email@example.com with your account details and we’ll do our best to help. Please note were not always able to offer a replacement if the shipping address is incorrectly entered. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for country restrictions, so please check you are able to accept cosmetics into your country before you order as we are not always able to offer a refund if you are not. If your parcel is lost in transit, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement until we are refunded by the respective postal service/courier.
eBoutique orders: Please allow 10 working days from confirmation of dispatch (sent to you by email) for your order has arrived. If your order has not arrived after that time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your account details and we’ll do our best to help. We also recommend to checking with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, as well as any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
Do you ship to Ireland, Europe or USA?

My products has arrived damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that your product has arrived damaged. Please take a picture and send it to us with your account details to firstname.lastname@example.org for investigation, within 7 days of receiving you GlowwBox. However, we're not always able to offer an exchange, but we'll do our best and let you know within 7 days.
