What's changing with GlowwBox?
We're making some exciting changes here at GlowwBox...we're becoming a new beauty club for girls of all beautiful hues! What this is means is we will no longer be sending out beauty boxes, and will start offering a new kind of beauty service.
How will the new beauty club work?
Instead of receiving a box of products you've already tried or won't have time to use because you have so many, you’ll receive only the latest beauty product releases from amazing brands, 3 to 4 times a year, without a monthly subscription. These new releases may be an individual product or a small collection, catered to your profile and you get to be one of the first to try it!
When will the beauty club be launching?
We are set to launch Autumn 2018, with the official date to be announced towards the end of summer 2018.
How much is it to join the club?
The great news is we only have one annual membership. No more monthly subscriptions. Our prelaunch offer includes a full year's membership, starting when we launch, for only £1 including shipping (UK only, see note on international postal charges below). After which, your membership will automatically renew after 12 months from launch for the usual yearly membership of only £49 including shipping (UK only, see note on international postal charges below) and you can cancel at anytime.
How do I log in to my GlowwBox account?
Just click on the ‘Sign In’ link on the top right of our website. You’ll then be asked to enter your username and password. If that doesn’t work, email us at email@example.com with the full name on your account and we’ll help you out.
How do I change my delivery/billing address?
Please log in to your account, and click 'edit' under your current delivery address and update.
How do I stop my deliveries?
We’re really sorry to hear that you want to stop your your GlowwBox deliveries. We’d love to see if we can do anything to help, if there is, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. To stop your GlowwBox deliveries please log in to your account by clicking 'Sign In' on the top right of our website and then click 'cancel subscription'. You will not receive any further deliveries after the annual membership you purchased is over. Please note we’re unable to stop subscriptions and offer refunds or accept returns on subscriptions already renewed or redeemed special offers.
Which Payment Types Do you Accept?
We currently accept payments from all major credit and debit cards.
When is my next payment and delivery due?
No further payments or renewals will be due until a year after our launch. We will dispatch your first release on or shortly after our launch.
What happens if I don’t have enough money in my account when it’s charged?
We’ll attempt to renew you membership a few times within 10 days after your membership is due. If it’s unsuccessful then, regretfully you won’t receive your new beauty releases for the next year. If you think your membership has stopped please log in to your account to check if you're membership is 'Expired'. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you ship to Ireland, Europe or USA?
Yes we do! Please note this will incur an additional shipping charge to cover the additional rate for international shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout and will be added on top of the prelaunch rate and usual annual subscription membership rate. Plus we ship to all EU counties via Royal Mail and the USA. Please see information on delivery times, etc below. If your country isn't listed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my first release be dispatched?
We will dispatch the first release on or shortly after our launch set for Autumn 2018. Once dispatched please allow 3-5 working days for delivery in the UK and while delivery is usually within 7 working days in Europe and the rest of world in can sometimes take up to 20 days. Please check the stock availability of the product when placing your order. All orders are usually dispatched between 2-4 working days. Please remember to add postage time (2-3 days UK and 3-10 days EU) to reach an estimated time of arrival.
My first release has not has not arrived after you told me it has been dispatched?
If your release has not arrived after 5 days UK or 20 days Europe from the date we notified you of dispatch, please contact us at email@example.com with your account details and we’ll do our best to help. Please note were not always able to offer a replacement if the shipping address is incorrectly entered. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for country restrictions, so please check you are able to accept cosmetics into your country before you order as we are not always able to offer a refund if you are not. If your parcel is lost in transit, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement until we are refunded by the respective postal service/courier.
My product(s) has arrived damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that your product has arrived damaged. Please take a picture and send it to us with your account details to firstname.lastname@example.org for investigation, within 7 days of receiving your release. However, we're not always able to offer an exchange, but we'll do our best and let you know within 7 days.
